Sixteen Pasta Recipes — and the Sauce for Each
Written down from the family table: sixteen pasta recipes, each with its sauce and a composition line. The notebook is independent — nothing is sold, nothing is tracked, and the printable cards are free.
How the notebook works
Each entry names the dish, describes it in a sentence or two, and lists the sauce it wears plus its typical build. Read it as a map of the table, not a laboratory protocol — every family adjusts.
